Cookie Notice

Two cookies, both strictly necessary, both there to keep you signed in. No analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking — and therefore no consent banner to click through.

1. Our position on cookies

SahiInvoice sets strictly necessary cookies only. They exist so the server can tell that a request came from you and not from a stranger — without them you could not stay signed in.

We run no analytics, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Nothing we set is used to profile you, build an audience segment, or follow you to another website. That is why you are not interrupted by a consent banner: under India's DPDP Act 2023 and comparable regimes, consent is required for non-essential cookies, and we do not set any.

2. Every cookie we set

CookiePurposeCategoryExpires
better-auth.session_tokenHolds your session so you stay signed in while moving between workspace pages.Strictly necessaryUntil you sign out, or the session expires
better-auth.stateShort-lived value that ties the Google sign-in response back to the request you started, protecting it from interception.Strictly necessaryA few minutes, during sign-in only
better-auth.pkce_code_verifierShort-lived PKCE verifier that protects the Google sign-in exchange from interception.Strictly necessaryA few minutes, during sign-in only

These are first-party cookies set by our own application on our own domain. They are signed, marked HttpOnly, and never readable by JavaScript in your browser.

3. Related storage and third-party requests

  • Local storage. We do not store your session in local storage. Sign-in state lives entirely in the HttpOnly cookies listed above.
  • Google Fonts. We load a font stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com. This sets no cookie, but it does reveal your IP address to Google as part of the request.
  • Google Sign-In. When you choose to sign in, Google sets its own cookies on its own domains under Google's privacy policy. We have no control over those.
  • Razorpay. Once billing is enabled, the checkout will set cookies necessary to process your payment securely.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can end our session cookie at any time by signing out. Blocking our cookies will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in — there is no way to operate an authenticated workspace without them.

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour them by default.

5. If this changes

If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it, with an equally easy way to withdraw that consent later. We will not quietly start tracking you.
